1. Who is responsible if the reverse vending machine is not working?
Every collection point (with manual or automatic reception) is related to a specific store. Thus, every collection point is under the responsibility of the store where it’s located.
2. Why is the reverse vending machine sometimes not accepting a packaging with a deposit marking?
This may be due to a damaged or missing label (the barcode and the deposit marking are not legible). Also, there shape of packaging must correspond to the moment of selling, i.e. the packaging must not be crushed and must not contain trash or beverage residues.
3. What to do with those packagings that cannot be refunded?
DEFINITELY take them to packaging tanks!
4. Can I still return packagings with the previous deposit marking (EEK)?
Yes, you can for now.
